1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- UAE / GCC: 1–3 weeks
- International: 3–5 weeks
Please note:
During Ramadan, Eid, and other peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes and courier delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
If you would like an update on your order status, you may contact us via email with your order number.
Before reaching out, please keep in mind the delivery timeframe of 1–3 weeks (GCC) and 2–5 weeks (International).
If your order is still within this window, it is likely in process.
3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Every CRMSN piece is handled with care, and many orders include custom sizes or special requests — so we always encourage customers to carefully review the size guide before placing an order.
If you need help choosing your size, we’re here to assist you anytime.
4. How can I get help with sizing?
If you’re unsure about your size, please follow our size guide or use a measuring tape at your convenience. All our sizes are in inches. Kindly note that when choosing a size from our size guide, our guide is a standard size and may not be the best fit for you if you prefer a more customized fit.
We’re also happy to recommend the best fit for you.
5. Do you offer customization?
Yes — selected designs can be customized in different colors or lengths.
For custom color options, please message us on Instagram (@crmsn.ae) so we can show you available shades and assist you directly.
6. What if I placed my order and want to cancel it immediately?
If it is within a 24-hour window, we are able to cancel and refund your order with deducting a small fee depending on the order details. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
7. Do the abayas come with a sheila?
Yes — all CRMSN abayas come with a matching sheila unless stated otherwise.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer GCC and international shipping to selected countries.
9. I received my order, but the sheila color is slightly different than the abaya, can I change it?
We always try our best to shade match however depending on the fabric, it might not 100% be the case. We can offer to changing it depending on the availability however we do not cover the delivery cost for that at the moment.
10. I ordered an abaya using the size guide, but the fit is not what I expected. Can I exchange or return it?
Our size guide is provided as a general reference only, and measurements such as chest width may vary depending on the abaya design and intended loose fit.
If you require specific measurements, we recommend providing custom sizing before placing your order. However, we do offer free alterations if you wish to adjust the fit. Please note that delivery costs for alterations are the customer’s responsibility.
