1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UAE / GCC: 1–3 weeks
  • International: 1–4 weeks

Please note:

During Ramadan, Eid, and other peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes and courier delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.


2. How can I check the status of my order?

If you would like an update on your order status, you may contact us. 

Before reaching out, please keep in mind the delivery timeframe of 1–3 weeks (GCC) and 1–4 weeks (International).

If your order is still within this window, it is likely in process.


3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Every CRMSN piece is handled with care, and many orders include custom sizes or special requests — so we always encourage customers to carefully review the size guide before placing an order.

If you need help choosing your size, we’re here to assist you anytime.


4. How can I get help with sizing?

If you’re unsure about your size, please follow our size guide or use a measuring tape at your convenience. All our sizes are in inches.

We’re also happy to recommend the best fit for you.


5. Do you offer customization?

Yes — selected designs can be customized in different colors or lengths.

For custom color options, please message us on Instagram (@crmsn.ae) so we can show you available shades and assist you directly.

7. Do the abayas come with a sheila?

Yes — all CRMSN abayas come with a matching sheila unless stated otherwise.

8. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer GCC and international shipping.
