Refund policy
Processing & Shipping Times
- UAE Orders: Orders are processed and delivered within 7–14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- GCC Orders: Delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
- International Orders: Delivery may take 3–5 weeks.
Please note: During peak seasons, religious holidays (such as Ramadan and Eid), or other busy periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within the UAE, GCC, and selected international countries.
- International shipping is only available to certain countries. Customers must check availability at checkout — if your country is not listed, unfortunately, we cannot ship there.
- Shipping rates and available courier options will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
- We do not control or cover these costs, and we cannot estimate what they may be.
- If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the order is returned to us, shipping costs and the order cost will not be refunded.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance processes, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Return & Exchange Policy
- No Returns/Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on all our products. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any cancellations or refund. In case of a size error, kindly notify us within 24 hours to change the size otherwise we will proceed with the order.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure you select the correct size and review product details carefully before placing your order.
- Quality Guarantee: If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault (such as stitching issues or defects caused during production), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution (repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation). If you contact us after 3 days, unfortunately we cannot process any refund/exchange
