Return & Exchange Policy
- No Returns/Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure you select the correct size and review product details carefully before placing your order.
- Quality Guarantee: If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault (such as stitching issues or defects caused during production), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution (repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation)
- We offer complimentary alterations for our abayas. Kindly note that delivery fees for alteration requests are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the nature of different fabrics, cuts, and designs, there may sometimes be a slight variation of up to ½ inch from the selected size. This is normal in garment production and does not affect the overall fit of the abaya.
